1. Consumer Rights

Customers are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, customers may be entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact SureHoof within 7 Days with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

 

3. Change of Mind

SureHoof will not accept returns for change of mind.

However, returns may be considered at our discretion if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in original condition
  • Return freight is paid by the customer

 

4. Incorrect Installation or Use

Returns or refunds will not be provided where problems arise due to:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper ground preparation
  • Misuse of the product

Installation guidelines should be followed carefully.

 

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact SureHoof with your order details
  2. Wait for return instructions
  3. Arrange return freight if required

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected.

 

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
