1. Delivery Area

SureHoof delivers equine mud mats throughout New Zealand.

Delivery to rural or remote locations may take longer than standard delivery times.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Order size and weight
• Delivery location
• Freight provider rates

Shipping costs will be confirmed before order completion unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery timeframes are:

• North Island: 2–5 business days
• South Island: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Freight carrier schedules
• Weather conditions
• Rural delivery routes

 

4. Delivery Requirements

Customers must ensure that the delivery location:

• Is accessible for freight vehicles
• Has a safe unloading area if required

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.

 

5. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the provided delivery address.

Customers should inspect goods upon arrival and report any damage as soon as possible.

 

6. Freight Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and product
2. Contact SureHoof as soon as possible
3. Do not dispose of packaging until the issue is resolved
