These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SureHoof website and the purchase of products sold by SureHoof.
By accessing this website or purchasing products from SureHoof, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SureHoof is a New Zealand sole trader business supplying equine mud control mats for use in paddocks, gateways, yards and other equine environments.
2. Products
SureHoof supplies heavy-duty mud mats designed for equine and agricultural ground stabilisation.
Product specifications, dimensions, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in appearance, colour, or finish may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice. However, the price displayed at the time of purchase will be honoured for that order.
Prices may exclude delivery unless otherwise specified.
4. Orders
When you place an order through the SureHoof website you are making an offer to purchase products.
SureHoof reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline any order
- Cancel orders due to stock shortages
- Cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery
SureHoof delivers products throughout New Zealand.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

- Rural delivery locations

SureHoof is not liable for delays caused by third-party freight providers.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods are delivered.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Customers must contact SureHoof within 7 days of discovering a fault.
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect installation
- Damage caused by misuse or improper use
Return freight may apply unless the product is faulty.
8. Product Use
SureHoof mud mats are designed for equine and agricultural ground stabilisation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the products are installed and used appropriately.
SureHoof is not responsible for:
- Incorrect installation
- Ground preparation issues
- Injuries or damage resulting from improper use
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New Zealand law, SureHoof will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
